This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using Orbis Drive. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. You must not
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
- Store or share illegal material, including child sexual abuse material, or material that infringes the rights of others.
- Distribute malware or use sharing links for phishing or scams.
- Attempt unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our systems, or test our security without our written agreement.
- Disrupt, overload or circumvent the limits of the Service.
- Use the Service as a public file host or content delivery network.
- Resell access to the Service without our agreement.
2. Fair use
Plans are for normal storage and sharing within their allowance. We may contact you if your usage risks affecting the stability of the Service for others.
3. Enforcement
We may remove links, suspend workspaces or terminate access for breaches of this policy, and report illegal material to the relevant authorities. Where appropriate we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue.
4. Reporting
Report misuse, including a suspicious sharing link, to support@orbisdigital.co.uk. Please include the link and do not attach the file itself.
