Comfortable for a sole trader or household with plenty of scans, documents and some photography, at £2.99 a month.
Plus, 250 GB
Suits a small team with shared project files and marketing materials, at £5.99 a month.
Pro, 500 GB
Room for several active projects, with larger design files and archives, at £10.99 a month.
Business, 1 TB
For growing teams or those working with video and large artwork, at £19.99 a month. It is available directly from Billing, with no sales call required.
Allow for Trash
Think about all of the workspace's files together, including anything held in Trash for its 30-day recovery window, rather than the number of people using it.

The workspace owner chooses a plan from the Billing page.

Pay securely with Stripe
Your card details go to Stripe, not to Orbis Drive, and the price is shown before you pay.

Your new allowance applies once payment is confirmed, and you can manage or cancel through the billing portal.

Frequently asked questions
Is storage shared between members?
Yes. The allowance belongs to the workspace. A 250 GB plan provides 250 GB in total, whoever uses it.
Do you charge per user?
No. Plans are priced per workspace, whatever the number of members.
Is there an annual plan?
Not at present. All paid plans are billed monthly.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel renewal from the billing portal and your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What happens if I move to a smaller allowance?
Your existing files are kept. If usage exceeds the new allowance, new uploads are blocked until you are back within the limit or choose more space.
Does the Free plan expire?
No. There is no time limit on the Free plan, subject to our Terms of Service.
Do you offer discounts?
Get in touch if you have a particular requirement, such as a charity or a group of workspaces, and we will talk it through.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Orbis Drive never sees or stores your full card details.
